salam semua..suda hampir habis tempoh berpantang dan mggu depan akn mula la rutin mama sebagai seorg ibu yg berkerjaya. Dalam fikiran, masih ade perasaan ragu2 sama ada mampu ke mam menjalankn tgjunggjwb sebagai seorg ibu, pemerah tegar & pekerja yg dedikasi..wah! ..(abaikan..muntah ijau!)..

ok2..plan mesti ade..pengurusan mesti betul utk laksanakan semua ini..walaupun tidak 100% sempurna..tetapi mama akan cuba yg terbaik!..yeah..semangat suda mari...

1st thing, i have to get battery operate breastpump..iyer2, manual Avent punp sgt la berjasa sejak haziq lg..tetapi mama perlukn gagjet yg praktikal..yg kurang menyakitkan badan, tgn etc..semasa proses mengepam, less time consume(kena pikir mama bukn keje kompeni sendirik..timing kena la jg), mgkun bole dpt more milk produced. Setelah ditolak tambah bahagi..untungnya beli yg baru memg ada..sebab nya mama akn exclusively breastfeed hazim until 6 months and continue until 2 years..dgn kos milk powder..tak pyh cite la..mahal berganda2..save duit poket hubby..(ehh! ni kena tmbh duit elaun mama nie..ehee)..
